Bishop Fisher’s Visitation

September 7, 2017

Bishop Douglas Fisher will be making his regular visitation to both churches in Lenox on Sunday, October 1st. He will be celebrating and preaching at Trinity’s 10:30 service (as well as blessing the animals of course!). He will also be overseeing the Blessing of the Animals at 3pm at St. Helena’s Chapel (245 New Lenox Road).

Bishop Fisher oversees all the Episcopal Churches in Western Massachusetts, and one of his many responsibilities is to visit each congregation under his care regularly. Bishop Fisher usually visits every congregation every two years, and October 1st will be his next visit to Lenox.

During his visit, Bishop Fisher will lead our worship and he will also be meeting with the Vestry of Trinity and the Chapel Committee of St. Helena’s to get a better understanding of our work here in Lenox.

Welcome, Bishop Fisher!
